What did you learn from this course?
“Methods of dealing and controlling emotions, reading situations, being true to yourself and listening to your gut, understanding that a level of anxiousness is good.
Stepping outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do so but knowing your limits. Differences between fear and happiness, and the similarities, ways of controlling emotions or turning situations around.
Controlling anxiety and tunnel vision people before panic sets in.
The course has made me more understanding of other divers but also given me tools to be more self assured when required. In future I will trust in my abilities more, “telling myself” I can do something when worried about an issue an experienced or dealt with before. Believing in myself and abilities.
